I’m an award-winning climate reporter covering the intersection of science, policy, and environmental justice. My work seeks to bring a nuanced perspective to stories about the accelerating impacts of climate change — from extreme weather and rising sea levels to energy transitions and community resilience.

I’m currently an editor at Bloomberg News, covering everything that moves markets. I was formerly managing editor of The San Francsico Examiner, and also a reporter at the paper. My reporting highlights frontline communities disproportionately affected by environmental degradation, as well as the innovators and advocates pushing for sustainable solutions.
